Depending on where you’re located, we will usually aim to attend your air conditioning or refrigeration repair within 24-48 hours, and will usually identify and provide a solution within our first hour onsite. If we need to order new parts, we’ll give you a clear timescale.

Clients on one of our maintenance plans receive a priority service and 24/7 rapid reactions in the event of system failure.

On all new Mitsubishi air conditioning and refrigeration installations, we offer a 7-year parts and 1-year labour warranty. The labour warranty can be extended, however, with one of our service and maintenance plans.

All air conditioning and refrigeration repairs come with a 6-month parts and labour warranty.

All new Hoshizaki ice machines are sold with a 2-year parts and labour warranty from the manufacturer.

Reconditioned Hoshizaki ice machines come with a 3-month parts and labour warranty.
